Returns Policy

If you need to make a return please email us at and we will be happy to assist you with this process.

If your product has unfortunately been damaged could you please INCLUDE PHOTOS to show the issues and we will in the first instance look to resolve the issue by issuing replacement parts. 

If your not completely satisfied with any of your purchased items we will be happy to refund or exchange your product as long as they are returned in the original packaging and have been unused, unbuilt and in a resaleable condition as new within 14 days of purchase.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the goods are faulty or defective.

The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
