If your product has unfortunately been damaged could you please INCLUDE PHOTOS to show the issues and we will in the first instance look to resolve the issue by issuing replacement parts.
If your not completely satisfied with any of your purchased items we will be happy to refund or exchange your product as long as they are returned in the original packaging and have been unused, unbuilt and in a resaleable condition as new within 14 days of purchase. Please note with flat packed items once they are built they cannot be returned, if there is no damage shown, as they will loose their integrity and strength when rebuilt.This also applies to chairs where once they are built and then dismantled they cannot be defined as New and therefor cannot be returned in the condition they were received.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the goods are faulty or defective. If cancelling "made to or built to order" products after 24 hours of placing the order, a charge of 40% minimum of the order price would be charged.
Made to or built to order items cannot be returned after delivery.
Items Damaged ......Please note all products should be checked within 48 hours of delivery to check there has been no transit damage to the product.We would advise the best time to do this is when the courier is present and call us if there are any issues. If you don't make that call then please email us on within the 48 hours with photos of the damage, to allow us to make a claim against the courier where we will then be in a position to supply replacement items or parts.Failure to do this means there can be no insurance claim made. If you intend to put your items in storage for use at a later point we ask you open them to review them within the 48 hours. These issues are extremely rare however we are guiding you hear for your own ease and to avoid any issues after the insurance point.Damage requests reported at a later point may be refused.
The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
