Rating: 10 George J says: Item arrived on time and in good condition. The seat tilts as does the back and can be raised or lowered. The curve is quite pronounced and firm without the lumbar support activated, which is easy to adjust. There are no controls for raising or lowering the back, but if you push the back upwards, it will move and can be lowered by pulling down from the topmost setting. Comfy chair, good quality and excellent value.
