Rating: 8 Bob Smith says: I got two chairs and a office desk. All good quality and good price but the delivery of one of the chairs was a bit shabby with the box partially opened and crushed. One of the arm holes was out of alignment and the frame had to be bent to make it fit but i am happy with my purchases and will use 121 again.

Rating: 6 Kay says: The item was very heavy and the courier left it on the doorstep. As a mature woman, I struggled to get it into the house - help would have been appreciated. The box was also slightly damaged resulting in one edge of the desktop being marked. However, when assembled, the desk is sturdy and good value for money.

Ordering process was simple and well-documented, with updates regarding delivery very soon after placing order. Given a date and time window and courier contacted me when he arrived at the house as I was at vets with dogs at the time. He tried the neighbours but as they were out I suggested he leave packages round back of house at rear door out of sight of road. This was done and he messaged a picture of items showing safely delivered. Confirmed this when I got home and messaged to thank driver for such an excellent service.

Rating: 6 Liz says: Unfortunately there was a long delay on delivery. So for that i have only given 3 stars rating. but when it did arrive was well packed. it is very solid & looks great. Instructions could be better. It took 2 of us a lot longer than the 60 minutes stated. not for the faint hearted but worth the effort in the end.

Very easy to assemble, backed up by the fact I put it up myself. However, you will need longer than the 45 minutes to construct as per the instructions, and will need a couple of people to help complete it. It fits well together and is very solid.
