Rating: 8 My chair was delivered the next day. It's exceptionally well crafted with no loose threads and all the stitching detail is perfect. I think the plastic silver trim inserts are a bit tacky though. The chair is comfortable but more seat padding would be better. I'm 72 years old and it took me 45 mins to assemble. I recommend laying the chair on its side when attaching the arms and back (steps 4 & 5 on the assembly sheet). The 2 year standard Nautilus Designs warranty is a welcome bonus. Overall then excellent value for money.
Rating: 10 Great value products..staff happy and I ma getting more before I cause an argument in the office :-) Will use 121 again
