Rating: 10 Chair is good, service is good,.
Rating: 8 Great chair, very comfortable and is very easy to assemble although on the heavy side and would be better with a second person to lend a hand if possible. My only slight complaint would be the sliding seat, it is fine when in the forward position and locked, in any other position it rattles and moves slightly.
Rating: 10 Ordered from 1-2-1 one day and it arrived the next. Very easy to put together although the weight of some parts might be a problem. I estimate it took me 20 minutes to assemble and I am an unfit overweight 75 year old. The price at 1-2-1 was very competitive. The odd thing is that I could not find any reviews anywhere of this chair which is why I am writing this one so soon after buying it. The chair feels very solid and the range of adjustments should make it suitable for anyone. I shoulkd add that the back rake and the seat tilt can be locked in any position. The seat slide is one of the easiest I have used on a desk chair, similar to the adjustment on my car seat and just as easy to change. The individually adjustable arm rest heights are useful. Overall this is a great desk chair. Only time will tell if it stays great.
