Rating: 9 Chair was easy to assemble, about 15-20mins for one person and comes with Allen key. Says arms are soft but they're actually kind of hard and take a bit of pressure to push into. Only gripe with it are the fixed tilt positions. There're about 3 pre-set positions and when set the chair is completely stiff with no tolerance for movement at all. Would be better if it allowed for some slight tilting at the seat pivot. I'd also recommend getting it with the headrest as the seat is thin with hard plastic at the top so you'll have to slouch down if you do ever want to rest your head.
