As a first time buyer I was worried about some of the negative review I saw, let me assure you that they are all false. Had some queries about my order and spoke to Steven, top bloke, who happily answered all of my questions and concerns. There was a slight issue with stock of my chair but I immediately got an email from Steven who provided options to resolve this. Delivery was done within the provided time window swiftly and professionally by the suppliers courier (DPD). Really happy with 121 Home and Office Furniture and will recommend to anyone who is looking for high quality home and office furniture for a considerably reasonable price.
