Rating: 3 Silas says: Been using the chair for about a week now and it is incredibly uncomfortable after a few hours of use, the seat itself feels rather hard, the back arches in a way where if I have it in an upright position it will leave me aching after a few hours and the adjustable support doesn't remedy this at all. I am surprised every review for it is a 5 star as I would refund it in a heartbeat if the option was there.

Rating: 8 Mike says: The chair has met my expectorations and is very comfortable, I would however say that the lumbar support drops down from the high position and the headrest is too loose and feels a little flimsy, which is out of character with rest of the chair. For me the headrest doesn't raise up enough and then digs into the top of my shoulder when leaning back. Other than that, very speedy and and very happy with the service.

Rating: 8 Ro Gilhespy says: Interesting chair... Has loads of adjustment features, from height and width adjustable arms, to head rest adjustment and 3 location lockable tilt. Tilt is also 'syncro' tilt, so the back tilts more than the base. Also has adjustable lumbar support. However.. The base seat is too firm for my liking, and the backrest is super hard as compared to other (non mesh) chairs. I also don't get on well with the syncro tilt as you find your back rubbing against the mesh back when you recline and straighten up again. Also, when reclined, the arm rests are too far forward, meaning you don't get good support for your arms. The lumbar support is both too loose (it drops down if you have it in the high position), and also sticks forward too far for my back (even in the most recessed position), making it really uncomfortable. Lastly, the head rest, whilst fully adjustable, isn't stiff enough to stop it moving around alot, making you have to reset it pretty much every time you sit in the chair. I'd call it a marmite chair... some love it, for me, just not my cuppa tea.

Rating: 8 Adrian says: Haven given my son my old chair because he's working from home now I bought this chair on spec as I know from previous experience you need to try out a chair before buying but due to lockdown isn't now possible. Bought Sunday night, received confirmation Monday evening at 10.00pm & was delivered Tuesday morning at 10.00am. The service from I can't fault considering the problems businesses are enduring through this pandemic. Found the instruction page poor. I couldn't understand how the 3 plastic tubes with a plastic disc whose outer ring was chipped that goes over the connecting tube connected to the underneath of the seat until I forced the smallest tube over the plastic outer ring that was half broken away & forced into the seat. Having long thighs I bought this model as It had the deepest depth of seat I could find. Although not as deep as I wanted & the seat doesn't seem to be adjustable from the horizontal the rest of the chair seems comfortable. Considering the price of some chairs this is worth the price. The one star I docked was for the poor instructions & damaged plastic which is down to the manufacturer Eliza Tinsley

Rating: 10 Leo says: Ordered on Thursday, delivered on Saturday. Amazing service as was not expecting it to come for another couple of weeks! Chair was easy to put together, yes the build instructions are quite basic but sufficient. Pity no real instructions on what control on the chair does what. Nonetheless the chair is exceptionally comfortable. Would definitely recommend even though I’ve only had it 24hours!
