Rating: 8 My chair was delivered the next day. It's exceptionally well crafted with no loose threads and all the stitching detail is perfect. I think the plastic silver trim inserts are a bit tacky though. The chair is comfortable but more seat padding would be better. I'm 72 years old and it took me 45 mins to assemble. I recommend laying the chair on its side when attaching the arms and back (steps 4 & 5 on the assembly sheet). The 2 year standard Nautilus Designs warranty is a welcome bonus. Overall then excellent value for money.

Rating: 10 Easy to order on the website. The chair was delivered promptly, fairly easy to assemble (needed 2 of us to get the back on) but it is comfortable for working.
Rating: 10 I purchased 5 for the office, along with 6 of a different style. They are easy to assemble and everyone has said that they are very comfortable. Good communication and a super quick delivery. Very pleased and would definitely use again
